The majority of the people I encountered were helpful and kind, but one nurse was very brusque and could do with a [cause } in public relations.

Jackie and Doctor Clark were outstanding today, 15/10/21 I turned up one day early for my appointment but both Jackie and dr. Clark went above and beyond to help me.

The staff of A&E were exceptional. They were all professional and kind./nThere were some used ECG pads beside my bed and a used tissue on the floor- hence the male for cleanliness.
Suggested improvements
I was treated with respect by all but the medical consultant as a doctor myself. I was questioned about my degree and membership to the GMC which was not appropriate.
